Our fitness classes are designed to help you achieve your goals, whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or are looking for more advanced training. Members love getting stronger, looking better, learning new skills, becoming healthier, and just having fun. We’ll help you find a level and pace that works best for you given your experience level.
Our Training Set-Up
We currently offer several training session times during the week/weekend. We are looking to add more in the future as well. There will be a maximum of 6 individuals in any training session, so we are able to get around to everyone and make sure that exercises are being performed correctly and can be tailored to your individual skill level.
We focus on combining mobility, agility, strength, power, and endurance into one complete program. Each time you come in, we'll change up the exercise program so that you are learning new skills and movements. Each session lasts around one hour.
You can come to sessions at your convenience. You don't have to schedule for a set number of days per week, or complete your sessions within a specific time frame.
